JULIEN, MIRER, SINGLA & GOLDSTEIN, PLLC

Activist lawyers for working people and their families

Julien, Mirer, Singla & Goldstein, PLLC, a Working People’s Law Center — is a full-service law firm specializing in the various legal needs of working people. We provide legal services to workers, dissidents, whistleblowers, union activists and victims of wage theft and discrimination. By aggressively challenging employers to treat their employees with dignity and respect, we achieve remarkable results.

OUR COMMITMENT

WE're COMMITTED TO WORKING PEOPLE AND WORKERS' ORGANIZATIONS.

We represent nascent independent Unions. We are general counsel to two of the largest independent unions: Amazon Labor Union and Trader Joe’s United. The firm is also outside counsel and works closely with organizing campaigns in tech, nonprofit, restaurant, factory, grocery and undergraduate resident advisors.

We also represent low wage workers in wage theft cases and employees who suffer from employer discrimination. We have recovered significant judgments and settlements for employees from unlawful employers.
